Our Services - Nutrition
Enteral Nutrition
We accompany your patients in their enteral nutrition, whether by nasogastric tube, gastrostomy or jejunostomy.
On the day of discharge from hospital, we install all the necessary equipment at home. To know:
- An enteral nutrition pump, easy to use and quiet.
- The prescribed nutrition bags, all brands, according to those installed at startup.
- An infusion stand.
- The tubing and all the material necessary for the hydration by the probe and the care.
- A small piece of furniture to store all the supplies
- A backpack to receive the portable pump and a pocket of nutrition, facilitating the mobility of active patients.
Our dietician provides nutritional monitoring and home delivery. She writes regular nutritional reports to the physicians, the staff member and the patient's dietitian.
Oral Nutritional Supplement
In reliance on enteral nutrition, we provide nutritional monitoring of patients who consume NOCs.
Ourdietician delivers the products at home and carries out the nutritional reports to the healthcare professionals taking care of the patient.
Parenteral Nutrition
We accompany your patient in their parenteral nutrition home, whether it is Percutaneous Implantable Chamber (PIC) or PICC-line.
Our nurse coordinator will install at home:
- An infusion stand.
- A specific pump with a parenteral nutrition program with increasing and decreasing levels avoiding hyper and hypoglycaemia.
- All the material necessary for the smooth running of parenteral nutrition under optimal safety conditions.
- The bags of parenteral nutrition are ordered by us from the usual pharmacy of the patient.
Our nurse coordinator follows up, contacts and visits the patient regularly. She writes the nursing reports addressed to the doctors, health executive and all the health professionals concerned.
